Family:  Sir Osbern de Montfort, O.G. (Father, deceased); Lady Regana von Blucher of Alterac (Mother, deceased); Sir Osbern the Younger, O.S.H. (Brother, deceased); Sir Ranulf, O.S.H. (Brother, deceased).

Age: 47

Brief Backstory:  Second son of a knightly class (equites) family.  The family fief, Montfort, was nestled in a mountain valley in southern Lordaeron near one of the passes to Alterac.  Reynald, along with both of his brothers, received a typical education expected as knights, serving first as pages and then squires.  Reynald was knighted and admitted into the Order of the Silver Hand at age 16.  Served the Order with distinction for many years, having fought in every military engagement Lordaeron was involved in.  Walked away from the Order during the Scourge War refusing, along with Uther the Lightbringer and many other knights of the Order, to participate in Arthas' "cleansing" of the Plague in Stratholme.  Joined the Scarlet Crusade at its founding, left the Order shortly after the death of Highlord Mograine, the Ashbringer.  Was among the founding members of the Argent Dawn.
