Overview:
Lord Elexandre Solisbane is the current Convocate of Silvermoon. In this position, he oversees the Convocation of Silvermoon, the ruling body which assists Regent Lor'Themar Theron in governing Quel'thalas. This is a highly visible position and anyone familiar with Quel'Thalas' government or politics will most likely know his face.

Common knowledge about Solisbane found in newspapers and town gossip includes:
* He is one of the leading Convocates in Silvermoon, having survived several turnovers in the Convocation's roster.
* Solisbane is the previous Convocate of Regulation, and succeeded the office of Convocate of Silvermoon only with the mysterious disappearance of Lord Mauricio Brightwood.
* Solisbane is married to Lady Aramalia Firatril, the current Convocate-General of the Legion. They have one child, a daughter named Rosamonde.
* He was born into an incredibly rich noble family. His mother was the previous Convocate of Regulation, and his father was a magister and professor at the Silvermoon Academy.
* Elexandre is qualified for his position through his birth and his degrees in law and politics from the Silvermoon Academy.
* He has one sister, Evonne, who is currently studying abroad in an unknown location.
* His reputation is a two-sided one; while known for his eloquence, courtesy, and refined manners, more intimate sources also remark on his pridefulness, questionable political behavior, and penchant for drink.
* He has a long-standing rivalry with Eberict Silverleaf, Quel'Thalas' former Convocate of the Armamentarium.

Flag Description: An elegant and dignified man, obviously of noble breeding. Thin and yet broad-shouldered, his build is of the slim intellectual's stock. While his garb attests to his station, it is neither gaudy nor ostentatious; the high collar and angular cut of his robes suggest an orderly and formal nature, as does his rigid posture. His facial features are well-defined and would be considered handsome by most, yet are too divested of warmth to be particularly appealing. By human terms, he appears to be in his mid to late twenties.
