Day One Challenge: 29 to go!
Alright, not to steal Castien's thunder- but I've got limited time to post this up before I go. :)
I like Moriurya's suggestion of starting a new blog daily to help folks post. So, even if you don't make something up today, and want to share! If you want to spam the front page, by all means- share the art!
Stormwind Morning
((A commission from the ever-talented Donut Mod! I couldn't resist. Thanks so much! <3 ))
As I choose...
((Okay, yes, I've been inspired lately. I blame frustrations with Open office. As before, I messed with the setting, but the characters and moment remain as they were during a recent rp. Thoughts on colour scheme chosen and better tactics to have taken are always welcome!
This is also the first piece for which I've used a photo reference from a google stock image to get the heads right in a loooong time. I'm really happy with how it went!
Commissioned Art: Lilthessa Shadowfire
Wonderful artwork done by Castien for me in a bit of a creative-trade. I love it! :)

Busy Days of a Witch
He sleeps now, my little angel-in-disguise. Crimson tresses surround his beautiful, lithe frame. Hush now the morning dove! He rests.
Carol of the Meddlers
Vasily stepped up to the front of the Aerie Peak meeting room, his gaudy red sweater blaring against the fireplace. "Alright, is time for meeting beginning, first with briefing! Weather outside is being most frightful, but inside here is most delightful! So, as Azerothians are saying, let it be snowing!
Ain’t No Vampire – Part I
((First Bala post. Translations numbered and listed below. Rated for cussing.))
Splashin’ the giant blood suckin’ fiend with holy water instead o'goin' fer m’ax prob’ly weren't the best tactical defense ta go with after he knock my gun out o'my hands. As he be carryin’ me out over the ash covered snags o’the Scorched Grove, I thought surely I be done fer. "Let me go ya flyin’ aṇḍakōṣa cāṭa kamīnē!” (1) Clearly, he be confused ‘bout which o'us was s’pose ta be top o‘the food chain in these parts 'cause he din let go, nai that it be such a good idea anyway seein' how we be some twenty yards up from the ground. "Eh, second thought, dun let go."
Heartache
His words sharp like swords to my young, bleeding heart.
The Red Light in My Eyes pt 5: Venus in Furs
((As with any of my blogs about Anka, she wasn't warned beforehand. As always, if there's anything she doesn't approve of, it will be remedied. And, as you should know by now, I have no artistic skill and so big thanks to Lorith/Echo, for drawing me a picture while I beat my computer with a hammer))
An Invitation
Winter Veil is coming, and the New Year soon beyond. Are you ready?

Tairis - Art Commission
After seeing the awesome pictures of Luck that Echo painted, I put in for a commission of Tairis (and her cat!). The results were even better than I had hoped for, and my hopes were pretty high! Behind the break you can enjoy it too :-)
Just getting back on the horse
As some pepole might have noticed, I haven't been in game for a while. Real Life reared it's head rather suddenly and the whole family has been trying to roll with the punches for the past few months. I've been turtling in my home as a way to cope and recently have been getting out of that shell. While most of the art I've done recently won't ever be posted; some of it I'd like to share since it's been working on WOW ideas that have made me realize that so much time has past and I've barely been in contact with a handful of people in game. You guys know who you are and thank you for the quiet support, you have no idea how much it helped. I keep saying I will be back and I do mean it.
Portrait in Craypa
Well, you guys asked for some more of my art, so here is a random belf from my artwork exploring colors and such with the oil pastels. I hope you enjoy it.
"The grace of the Sin'dorai,
Through time itself does their beauty endure."
The Kindness of Strangers
Dearest Myfa,
Never ask children for help in naming a cat, I urge you.
Questionings
The fel is mother, fel is father
Learn to control this for always a part of me.
Even in him it dwells in shadow.
Confessions yet he’d still not reply
Nor take the soulstone.
Silken curtains, lost in gazes.
Childlike still within
I worry.
Will I know?
Could always leave, step away.
Prices already paid.

((EDIT: Hopefully this will work-WIP. Hopefully Page Break works. Sorry folks. :( ))
"Lilthessa and the Soulstone"
A wild Warlock appears!
This is a pic of Togy drawn by Occult! ZOMG! THANK YOU! He looks amazing!
Read Between the Lines
Ten sheets of paper pillowed her right hand, which held a pen carved from a plainstrider quill. The writing would not be terribly graceful, but the quill’s nib held plenty of ink. Just in case it ran out, a small pot stood open nearby, within easy reach. All other papers, books, and other random items that so frequently crossed her library desk had been cleared away. Her writing hand required complete freedom of movement.
To her left, resting under the tips of her fingers, lay a closed book. Fine leather bound the front, back and spine, carefully applied and just touched with the marks of old age. Artisania ran her hand over the cool, smooth cover, letting her fingers fall to touch the soft variations of the rough-cut pages beneath. The book had obviously been assembled with care, perhaps by the hand of a single person, and not some goblin steam-factory where tomes were punched out, mass-produced. In all appearances, it was the kind of book she most loved, binding up some treasured thoughts like the polished casing of a nut, waiting to be cracked open and consumed.
If only she could be so carelessly delighted with this one. This book was no ordinary find.
