The internet provider for mortshire.org was experiencing an unplanned outage this morning, so I am taking this opportunity to go ahead and upgrade the hard drive.

The chat server should be back on this evening, or tomorrow morning at the latest.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Update: the chat server sees very little if any traffic on the weekends, so while it's down I am doing some other work on it. I will keep you posted.

Update: the chat server and the web interface (both normal "http" and secure "https") for the chat server are now online. You may receive a warning about the certificate having changed. This is normal: simply accept the new certificate.

The mortshire.org server, which provides the RP Haven chat room, died an ignominious death last night. I am investigating now.

 UPDATE: The chat server and the web interface are both up. Please let me know if you have any difficulty connecting to either.

With the permission of the RP Haven staff, I have set up a chat room for RP Haven on a server I administer. Instructions are below, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

We've established two chats for folks in the community to keep up with one another.

In WoW, the OOC chat channel is "Haven." Type "/join Haven" if you'd like to join us there! While joining the OOC channel isn't required, it is required that you have a login here before you join the channel!
