The Caliginous Carnivàle
It is a dark vaudevillian extravaganza that keeps spectators coming back for more.
We deal in flesh and blood; in pain and pleasure; in flame and fire and sharp pointy things! We are the line between the dastardly and the divine. Through our actions, we prove the amazing and astounding - that anything is possible.
There, to the lurching strains of a ghoulishly attired band pickled in equal parts klezmer and Cabaret, the talented troupe daintily tiptoes en pointe past cheap and easy ironic commentary and right into the open arms of the fat lady. As noble and foolhardy as tightrope walkers in a windstorm, each night they bring to life the thrilling, titillating spectacle of a circus from a distant time--complete with ringmaster, freaks, juggling, astounding acrobatics, and dancing ladies in subtly suggestive attire.

The Church of Silvermoon
Servants of the Light in Silvermoon City A time of flux has come to our people. For milennia we existed contently in Quel'thalas, stamping the land itself with our presence and power. Then disaster and destruction came upon us; yet, we were able to overcome these trials. Thanks to the strength of our people and the Blessings of the Light that has guided us, we have battled our way through many obstacles. And now? Now it is time for to come together in faith as well. Through the Light we are guided towards happiness for ourselves and all things. Once Quel'thalas was a shining beacon of the Light. Now, we can be a beacon once more. The success of the conference last week has shown that we are ready. All clergy and servants of the Light who are interested in organizing our Church, please send word to me. We will access an appropriate time and place to meet and discuss these issues. We have much to accomplish for the good of our people.
The Gnomish Court
Rebellion of the Guilds
Started almost a year ago, the Rebellion of the Guilds seeks to stop the raids the Guilds actively raiding opposing faction cities, and to increase peaceful relations between the Horde and Alliance. It is hard to pinpoint the exact moment that rebellion against began, but its earliest known roots took place shortly before the fall of Gnomeregan. As the Alliance grew more and more powerful, many of the Lords that ran the government grew increasingly corrupt or complacent. The bureaucracy that had grown and festered over millennia choked any attempt at proactive government. Furthermore, patron politics and personal agendas also hampered effective governing, and due to the nature of the Alliance, gangs like the Defias and Syndicate grew in power and even formed their own militaries. During this time, Gnomeregan was under siege by the Trogs. Despite the full-scale invasion of the planet, the call in the Alliance to condemn the invasion was tied up in bureaucratic procedure.

Concept Art Workshop
Alrighty, I'm seeing a goodly amount of interest so I'm going to open the CAW group up for folks to sign up with. I figure the best way to do this is for folks to subscribe and then when they post their art, make sure you use the CAW tag at the bottom of the submit form. By joining up and posting your work, you're acknowledging a desire not only for praise but critique. We're all looking to improve, hopefully. Remember folks that critique is not criticism. If you've got a problem with a piece, make sure you can offer a solution to try. "This Sucks" is not helpful, nor supportive. Try to keep it polite and helpful. And have fun, for Elune's sake.
