Where/What/When/??? on Azeroth is the "Black Market"?

The Black Market was a recurring RP event that often changed locations. I don't recall who ran it, though, I'd have to look back at the events forum, I think.

Wow, I haven't heard of the Vile Reef Raider's Black Market since maybe... whew, all the way back in Vanilla WoW.
Man, that was a long time ago, hahahaha.
I'm not really sure if they ever did anything in the last 2-3 years, but the events they did were always a hoot. They gave out lots of free booze and free items, if I recall correctly. Always a fun time. Sort of a combination of auction and party.
Now, let me think...
I seem to recall that one of the main guys in the VRR (Vile Reef Raiders) was a troll mage, who was a good guy and buddy of mine. But damn, I can't remember his name and the last time I can recall seeing him play was back in early BC. I only remember this because he was lamenting the change of Spellfire (wait, or maybe he was frost...?) from tunic to robes, apparently he liked how his troll looked in the tunic.
My poor, poor memory. I tried looking up the VRR on the Armory, but sadly my troll friend no long appears to be a member. To be fair though, it looks like the guild might be alt-held at the moment.
Obviously, this is not all the information you were seeking.
I guess the short answer is that The Black Market hasn't been run in a long time. But, I'm sure VRR wouldn't be upset if it was brought back, as long as the spirit was kept intact.

That had been bugging me all night! The worst part is my mind would inevitably jump between all the troll mages I could think of... Elledro, Quartermass, Frostsnow, and then I kept thinking "Kowitz? No, but it's *LIKE* Kowitz!" Ahhhh now my mind can rest at last.
But, yeah... haven't seen Calixto in a very, very long time. Years :(
