Getting a name change?

A while back, events transpired to make Julica Wagner... uh, not Julica "Wagner" anymore. Is there any way to get this account's name changed to "Julica Latchet" or just "Julica"?
Also I totally need to post the print version of just how that change came about sometime. :x

This tauren now answers to Khatarra most of the time, so that'd probably make the ingame/haven link a little easier.
