Reporting: Sir Sidoran Sunlash, Chief Security Officer of the Legion

(p.1) Regarding the Sexual Assault and Aggravated Harassment of Rhosyn (hereafter referred to as “the Victim”),

I interviewed the Victim early on the morning of 26/4. The statement she gave, paraphrased here due to technical difficulties with the recording equipment, was initially very similar to the statement given to Convocate Sebastien Kerwin (File Missing) and coincides with the report from Doctor Jakobus Nachtengaal ([url=http://www.rp-haven.com/blog/jakobus/report_regarding_rhosyn_delivered_lady_aramalia_solisbane]File Attached[/url]). New developments are detailed from Paragraph 3 onward, with notes included for the benefit of fellow investigators.

(p.2) The Victim began by stating she was heavily inebriated the night of the assault, and was not aware anything untoward had happened until the morning after. Jim Straus, a close personal friend of the Victim, insisted that she see a healer. The Victim was treated for a puncture wound on her hand, evidently made by a small blade, as well as a number of bruises found elsewhere on her body. As stated in previous reports, the Victim maintained she had no recollection of how the injuries were sustained.

The Victim went on to say that while riding through the city when she encountered “a man” near the Spire later that same day. The victim’s memory of the encounter is particularly foggy, as “something” the unidentified man did triggered one of the her many psychoses. The victim blacked out, was later found wandering the city in a catatonic state on her charger, and was brought to Dr. Nachtengaal for examination.

When pressed for further information, the Victim admitted she knew exactly who had sexually assaulted her, but could not tell me for fear of reprisal. The Assailant, per the Victim’s own admission, directly confronted her after the incidents detailed in previous reports. He threatened the lives of the Victim herself, Mr. Straus, and any others privy to the information should she or anyone else tell the authorities. The Victim’s fear of him was so great she refused to so much as write his name down.

The Victim revealed there were actually several individuals who already knew the identity of her Assailant, and—without giving me any names—suggested I ask them. Her sole reason for telling me that much, as stated just prior to this, was due to the guilt she felt over her silence possibly leading to Vanthen Sorin’van (implicated in Dr. Nachtengaal’s report) paying the penalty for a crime she knew he did not commit.

For their safety, I accompanied the Victim and Mr. Straus to their home in Eversong after the interview’s conclusion. They collected two casks from their personal liquor reserves before proceeding to the residence of [Name Withheld; Official Inquiries use Ref #867] in Durotar, where they had been staying since the Assailant made his threats. The Victim immediately retired to bed, leaving me to talk with Mr. Straus while he drank. Mr. Straus became suddenly and violently ill after only a few drinks. When the vomiting did not subside, I roused the Victim, who confirmed my suspicions that the liquor had been poisoned.

Mr. Straus’ poisoning sent the Victim into a brief episode wherein she shut down and spent several minutes huddled in the corner. While she was indisposed, Mr. Straus recovered enough to write out the name of the Victim’s true Assailant—Iloam Blacksong. I remained at the residence until the Victim had recovered enough to tend to Mr. Straus. Upon returning to Silvermoon I arranged for someone to watch over the Victim and Mr. Straus at my own personal expense.

I later ran into Malkanas Half-Human, who informed me Mr. Straus’ condition was worsening. Given the Victim had immediately disposed of the remaining stores of tainted liquor, samples were gathered from the casks they were stored in and the fluids expelled by Mr. Straus. These were given to [Name Withheld; Official Inquiries use Ref #5309] for analysis in order to concoct a counter agent.

Jim Straus, Malkanas Half-Human, and Temius Richards are among those the Victim alluded to during our interview. They were among the first to learn Blacksong was responsible for the Victim’s sexual assault(s). It is possible others have become aware of Blacksong’s proclivities by the time of this report’s filing, but the individuals listed here are most likely known to Blacksong and thus at risk.

It was recently brought to my attention that Mr. Richards has already been assaulted by Blacksong. Mr. Richards reportedly overheard Blacksong threatening the Victim, and was assaulted upon confronting him. Mr. Richards has yet to be reached for an official statement.

(p.3) Additional Notes

—Héra Ravnok reported that a man attempted to assault her in the street while she was walking home one night, but he ran off after an Arcane Guardian rounded the corner. This incident (File #481420) occurred not long after the assault of Miss Rhosyn. As Miss Ravnok was unable to provide a description of her assailant, it is unknown if it is related to Case #481516 at this time. It bears mentioning purely for the sake of future questioning.
—Records show that Blacksong was accused of the sexual assault of Hakkajin'ju (File #480108) in the past, but the case was thrown due to lack of evidence.
—In questioning the citizenry about Blacksong’s habits and possible whereabouts, those who knew of him stated he is a habitual abuser of alcohol and bloodthistle. This fits with the substances found in the seminal analysis provided by Dr. Nachtengaal.
—Blacksong’s whereabouts are unknown at this time, though he has been seen at Fancy Cakes several times in the past.
—Blacksong is reportedly an assassin for hire and should be considered armed and dangerous. Approach with caution and, if possible, have some form of poison antidote at the ready.
